FOUR CLASSES,ONE ROOM.
Every class runs on the same round timer and uses the same floor. Pick the one that suits the day you have had.

ROUNDS
Bag workThe signature hour. Ten rounds, five of them on the bag, and a coach who calls the combination out loud so nobody is guessing what comes next.
You will hit the bag properly by the end of the first class, because we spend the opening round on feet and guard before anybody is asked to swing at anything.

BARBELL
StrengthSquat, hinge, press, pull. Four patterns, one bar, and a rack that gets reset between every set so the room stays quiet enough to hear the coaching.
Loads are yours to choose and the coach will help you choose them. Nobody reads out what anyone else is lifting, and there is no board on the wall.

ENGINE
ConditioningRopes, sleds, bikes and carries in short intervals with real rest between them. Forty-five minutes that ask for output and then let you get it back.
It is the loudest hour on the schedule and the simplest one to follow: work when the light is on, stop when it is off, and keep the last interval honest.

RECOVER
MobilityA slower forty minutes on the mat: breathing, range of motion through hips and shoulders, and long positions held until they stop being interesting.
It runs on Sunday evenings and after the late Wednesday class. Bring socks, leave the gloves in the bag, and expect to be the quietest room in the building.
